Kapers is a fully local iPhone app. There is no account to create, no server it talks to, no analytics, and no tracking. This page explains exactly what that means.
What Kapers does
Kapers helps you manage commitments on your iPhone. To do that, it reads and writes events and reminders through Apple's EventKit framework — the same system that powers Calendar and Reminders — and only after you grant it permission in iOS Settings.
What Kapers does not do
- No account or sign-in of any kind.
- No server. Kapers has no backend — there is nothing for your data to be sent to.
- No analytics, no crash reporting services, no third-party SDKs.
- No tracking, no advertising identifiers, no data collection.
Where your data lives
Everything Kapers works with — your calendar events and reminders — stays on your device, inside Apple's own EventKit store. Kapers never copies it anywhere else. If you revoke Calendar or Reminders access in iOS Settings, Kapers loses access immediately, same as any other app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new effective date.
